CourseLeaf CAT: Editing Program Information

  • Navigate to the YCPS:
  • Click “Administrator Login” to the right of the dean’s message
  • Enter your NetID and password (if you are not already logged into CAS)
  • Navigate to your program’s page; you will be able to edit only the pages that you own
  • Click the “Edit Page” icon at the top of the page to open the toolbar
  • Select “Page Body” in the toolbar to open the content editor
  • Edit the page content
  • Click “OK” to save changes (or use the Save icon in the toolbar)
  • Click “Accuracy Report” in the toolbar to check for references to course numbers that are not active courses in Banner
  • Click “Show Differences” in the toolbar to see red and green markup of changes to content
  • Click “View as PDF” to preview your program’s information in the print bulletin
  • If you are a DUS or DUS proxy updating a departmental program description: Click the green “Start Workflow” button to submit changes to the University Registrar’s Office. You will not be able to make any further edits after workflow is started
  • If you are editing a section of “The Undergraduate Curriculum” or “Academic Regulations”: Save your changes but do not click Start Workflow. Other users may need to make edits elsewhere in these chapters
