Enrollment in a professional school course is not guaranteed, therefore you will need to create and submit a schedule that contains the minimum number of credit hours required to meet academic regulations. If you later receive permission to register for a professional school course, you can remove any unwanted courses via a Course Change notice form.
If a student does not have a confirmed seat in a discussion or lab section, they will have to either find an available seat in another section or remove the course from their schedule. When the add/drop period begins, students will be able to review any changes to discussion or lab section offerings and find an available seat or try waitlisting again.
If you wish to add a course after final schedules are due, you will need permissionof the new course instructor and authorization from your college dean. Pending their approval, you will need to submit a Course Change Notice form to your residential college dean’s office.
You will have the opportunity to make changes to your schedule during the Add/Drop period.
