Until further notice, all in-person transactions are suspended. These include but are not limited to: transcript and enrollment verification pick-ups, Yale University ID replacements for students and VAIRs, diploma requests, and background check requests. All online services and transactions remain unaffected.
The University Registrar’s Office, the Yale College Dean’s Office, and ITS are working closely together and quickly to create easy solutions for Yale College students to change to the Cr/D/F option from a letter grade for classes (and vice versa) and for dropping classes with or without a W. As soon as these solutions are created, faculty and students will be alerted through email.
For students and faculty who have mutually agreed upon the Pass option for a class, instructors will have the ability to assign the Pass grade through FGS at the end of the term when entering all final grades.
The University Registrar’s Office has created a universal document and form upload option. For any paper forms or documents you would otherwise submit in person, use this form instead.
